Major shopping at all your favorite stores can be done in El Salvador, at the Multi Plaza Mall.
The Multi Plaza Mall in San Salvador is located on Blvd. de los Heroes and is the largest mall in Central America, boasting over 400 stores, restaurants and a multiplex theater. 
The complex is huge, so make sure you wear your walking shoes and be prepared to shop! There are many familiar stores for North American travelers and shoppers such as Kenneth Cole, Nautica, Tony Roma’s and Nine West.
On a hot day the mall is a nice place to cool off and feel a little bit of normalcy in San Salvador, which can be a pretty crazy place. For $6.00 you can even get connected to the internet for a 24 hour period of time. The many coffee shops serve as a good place to get online and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
There are three levels on the mall which are open-air. The mezzanine level plays host to many musical performers, as it has a large stage area. Fountains with sitting areas area nice place to rest your feet or hang out with friends.

It would be nice to shop online from those stores that are located in the malls in El Salvador. But it seems like it is almost impossible. It is alot more costly to make purchases in los Angeles( with the high taxes ) and then have to pay again to have to ship. When the internet and credit cards exist people. Why is this not possible!?
It sure is the biggest mall in Central America… but Panama a country that likes to compete with their neighbors is going under construccion. They’re building the biggest MALL in CA. Make sure to come down to Panama in the near future. Being a small country; it has the second largest smimming pool in the world. Has many shopping malls and soon to have the biggest in CA. It’s a must to visit Panama and see what they have to offer.
